Bob is the Chairman and co-founder of Nicolet National Bank. He has over 39 years of experience as a Wisconsin banker. He is a graduate of Beloit College (’80) and the Yale School of Management (’83). Bob is a Director of Ariens Company Board, Hospital Sisters Health System, Great Northern Corporation, University of Wisconsin Board of Regents and Relevant Radio, a national Catholic radio network. Marcia M. Anderson is a retired Major General having served over 36 years in the United States Army, with her final assignment at the Pentagon, serving as the Deputy Chief Army Reserve, where she had oversight for an $8 billion budget, over 200,000 Soldiers and civilians, legislative affairs and operations. In addition, she balanced her Army service while serving for over 20 years as the Clerk of Court, United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Wisconsin. Marcia has a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Creighton University, a master’s in Strategic Studies from the United States Army War College, and a Juris Doctorate from Rutgers University School of Law. She is a member of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of the Green Bay Packers; a board member of MGE Energy Inc.; and on the board of Access Community Health Centers. Marcia is also a frequent speaker on strategic leadership. Servant-CEO, Héctor Colón is the President and CEO of Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin and Upper Michigan (LSS). Under his visionary and Servant-Leadership approach, Colón has positioned LSS for greatness - adapting new models and business strategies to increase impact and viability for staff, clients and the organization. Before the start of Colón’s tenure in 2017, the organization had not met its budget for four consecutive years. During Colón’s first three years, LSS grew from over $4 million in losses to $8 million in gains resulting in a $12.4 million financial turnaroundNo stranger to financial turnarounds, Colón worked with his team to turn multi-million dollar deficits into multi-million dollar surpluses while serving as Executive Director of the Milwaukee County Department of Health and Human Services. In addition, he led several countywide initiatives, including efforts to reform the juvenile justice system, end chronic homelessness, transform mental health care, and end a 30- year waitlist for disabilities services.Héctor will say that his own personal and professional turnaround began in boxing. As a member and champion of the national USA Boxing team, he won seven national titles and competed in the 1992 Olympic trials. At the height of his boxing career, Colón stepped away from a lucrative boxing career to serve God. Today, he is the USA Boxing Board Vice President where he and the organization focus on inspiring athletes to discover their own path towards personal and professional greatness. Mike is currently President & CEO of Nicolet National Bank, which he co-founded in 2000 with Bob Atwell. Nicolet has continued to grow organically every year since inception and has also recently grown through M&A activities. All told, Mike has led the successful integration of nine acquisitions in eight years. Lynn Davis has served on the Investors Community Bank Board of Directors since 2014, joining Nicolet Bankshares, Inc. with the December 3, 2021 merger. Lynn is an agriculturalist, holding a B.S. degree from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls and M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in agriculture from Iowa State University. Lynn co-founded Nutrition Professionals, Inc. in 1983 and currently serves as president. Nutrition Professionals provides nutrition and management consulting services to dairy farms in the U.S. and internationally. In 1991, Lynn co-founded Quality Roasting, Inc. Quality Roasting crushes soybeans and makes livestock feed and soybean oil for the human food industry with plants in Wisconsin and Michigan. In 2003, Lynn co-founded Breeze Dairy Group, LLC. Breeze Dairy group owns and operates 3 dairy farms in Wisconsin, currently milking 10,000 cows. In 2005, Lynn co-founded The Heifer Authority, LLC. The Heifer Authority raises dairy replacement heifers on two sites in Colorado with most heifers coming from dairy farms in Wisconsin. Lynn sits on the board of directors of all of these businesses. Lynn also volunteers his time to the Neenah-Menasha YMCA as a board member. Lynn and Catherine Davis reside in Neenah, Wisconsin where they raised 5 daughters. John N. Dykema has served as Director of the Nicolet Bankshares, Inc. and Nicolet National Bank since 2006. He is Owner, President and Chief Executive Officer of Campbell Wrapper Corporation and Circle Packaging Machinery, Inc., manufacturers of custom packaging machinery in De Pere. He is on the Boards of FyterTech Nonwovens LLC, Hassia-Redatron GmbH (Butzbach, Germany), and Effytec Packaging (Barcelona, Spain). He is a Director and Vice Chair of the Bellin Health System, Inc. Christopher J. Ghidorzi has served as Director of Property Development, C.A. Ghidorzi, Inc. and Affiliates (2007 - Present). Previously: Director of Equity Trading, Robert W. Baird & Co. (2001 - 2007). Chris is a trusted advisor to clients, consistently challenging the economics of their real estate development, lease and building plans to realize the best long-term value for the owner. Chris graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Madison with a degree in Finance and Business Administration. He was a member of the Badger football team that won back to back Rose Bowl Championships in 1999 and 2000 and served as team captain. Chris was named an Academic All-American Athlete and was also awarded the Ivan B. Williams Scholastic Award for holding the highest GPA on the team. Andrew Hetzel served as a Nicolet Bankshares Director from 2001-2016, returning as a Director in May 2018. He is Owner and CEO of FyterTech Nonwovens LLC, a manufacturer and marketer of spill control, filtration and wiping products, headquartered in Green Bay, WI. He is also a board member of Visonex, LLC, a Healthcare Diagnostics Company headquartered in Green Bay and the New North Inc., a regional economic development corporation for the 18 counties in Northeast Wisconsin. Brenda is a Director on the Nicolet Board effective September 2022. She previously served as Chairman of the Board of Charter Bankshares, the independent family owned community bank holding company headquartered in Eau Claire, WI from 2008-2022, and served as a Director on the Charter Bank Board from 1998-2022. Brenda is a past President of The Bank Holding Company Association and has been on the BHCA Board for the past 7 years; is on the Red Cross Board in Minneapolis, MN, and is a trustee for the New England Historic Genealogical Society in Boston, MA. She has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from Drake University in Des Moines, IA and an MBA from the University of Hartford, Hartford, CT. Ann K. Lawson, CPA, CMA, has served as Director of Nicolet Bankshares, Inc. and Nicolet National Bank since May 2021. She was Chief Financial Officer of Nicolet from February 2009 until her retirement in June 2021. Ann previously served 10 years as Director of Corporate Accounting and Reporting for Associated Bank, Green Bay, 5 years as Principal Accounting Officer of a regional community bank in North Carolina, and 7 years in public accounting with KPMG LLP. Ann currently serves on the local Quality Board for Hospital Sisters Health System. Donald J. Long, Jr. has served as Director of the Nicolet Bankshares, Inc. since 2000. He is former Owner and Chief Executive Officer of Century Drill & Tool Co., Inc., an expediter of power tool accessories. Dustin McClone is President & CEO at McClone Insurance. Dustin brings over 15 years of financial services experience. Prior to joining McClone, Dustin worked for one of the largest reinsurers in the country with a focus on large employer self-funded health plans. Dustin holds his bachelor’s degree with a double major in finance and economics from Marquette University. Dustin is dedicated to making significant positive impacts in local communities throughout Wisconsin. He founded the United Way Fox Cities Emerging Leaders program, which raises more than $800,000 annually for the not-for-profit organization. She is the owner of Larboard Enterprises, LLC, which operates multiple The UPS Store franchise locations. Pierce Smith serves of the board of Menasha Corporation, a manufacturer of corrugated and plastic packaging to consumer packaged goods companies, automotive, and industrial companies. Prior to joining Menasha's board, Pierce worked for Menasha Packaging, the company's largest division, as Director of Purchasing where he was responsible for indirect contracts, supplier relations, and the company's real estate foot print. Pierce also previously worked in operations, logistics, information technology, and in integrating multiple company acquisitions. Prior to joining Menasha, Pierce was a consultant for Accenture in New York, NY analyzing systems and processes for technology, media, and telecommunications clients. Pierce received a Bachelor’s of Engineering degree from Stevens Institute of Technology of Hoboken, NJ in Mechanical Engineering. Pierce served on FNB Fox Valley's board since 2009 which included serving at times on ALCO, Audit, and Mergers & Acquisition committees. He also chaired the Governance committee. He serves on the board of the Theda Care Foundation, serving Neenah's local health system. Pierce grew up in Neenah and returned to his hometown to live and work in 2013. Paul Tobias is the former Chairman and CEO of Mackinac Financial Corporation.
